Prometheus is an internal sales tool I built at Vercel. This was my first fine-tune inside it: teach a small local model to read an account's signals and assess it in one consistent format.

I generated 100 synthetic accounts shaped like the real data, 80 to train and 20 to validate, then trained LoRA adapters on Qwen3-4B with MLX on my MacBook (M4, 24GB unified RAM). The model learned a fixed answer: signal summary, risk factors, recommended action, and a confidence score.

The adapters were converted for Hugging Face, served from Modal, and plugged back into the app as an AI assessment on each account page. The app is internal, so there's nothing to link to.
